Jeremy Lipkowitz was on track for a PhD in genetics at Duke. He was also addicted to porn, an hour a night, every night, since college. At 23 he looked down the road and didn't like who he saw. So he went looking for happiness, found meditation, traveled to India, trained as a Buddhist monk in Myanmar, and walked away from his PhD to teach people how to train their minds.
Today he helps high-achieving men break free from porn addiction, and this conversation got real. We talk about:
