Sober not ashamed. Wouldn’t it be nice if we embraced that all the time. How do we get rid of the shame and replace it with gratefulness. The answers are pretty easy but as an addict we complicate everything. Too much thought. Too much noise. Let’s move on from the shame and be still, be present, be our authentic self.
